Nose is all citrus peel, fresh lemon zest with a green lime snap behind it. First sip is juicy and zesty, like squeezing a wedge of both into your glass, then the juniper and the rest of the seven botanicals settle it down so it finishes clean and gin-y, not sweet. It's smooth rather than sharp, which makes sense given they filter it seven times. Think of it as gin that already brought the citrus to the party.
